- Schedule and dispatch heavy equipment for rentals in coordination with customers and drivers/operators.
- Maintain an updated log of active rentals, availability, and return schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
Customer Support:
- Address customer inquiries regarding equipment specifications, availability, and pricing.
- Assist in resolving operational concerns, such as delivery delays or equipment issues, in a timely and professional manner.
Inventory and Maintenance Oversight:
- Monitor the inventory of heavy equipment, parts, and tools to ensure availability for client needs.
- Track equipment usage and schedule preventive maintenance or repairs, liaising with mechanics and technicians.
Logistics Management:
- Plan delivery routes for equipment transport, considering cost-efficiency and timeliness.
- Ensure the required permits, documents, and safety protocols for equipment transport are adhered to.
Record-Keeping and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, invoices, rental agreements, and customer data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports for management review.
Compliance and Safety:
- Enforce compliance with company policies, industry standards, and government regulations, such as load limits and safety practices.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all dispatched equipment meets safety requirements.
Process Improvement:
- Identify and propose strategies to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
