Responsibilities
  • Manage logistics provider's customer service team to provide qualified service quality with logistics-related consulting and other related enquiries;
  • Manage and improve logistics customer service team performance by improving service efficiency through standardizing SOP, metrics monitoring, tools iteration and logistics exception handling, etc.;
  • Be able to analyze and classify logistics problems and output experience insight reports by data analysis, deep dive on enquires, etc.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or above working experience in customer service team and have knowledge of logistics
  • Strong communication skills and good at handling disputes
  • Fluent English is necessary
  • Preferred Qualifications: Fluent Chinese will be an outstanding advantage (Communicate with clients based in Chinese-speaking markets)
  • Proactive and continuous improvement attitude, patience, and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, good at handling disputes and emergencies, good at client-server experience and results-oriented
