Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Master Data Associate to manage and maintain critical business information such as supplier, customer, and other master data ensuring accurate and efficient finance operations. This role will involve data entry, analysis, quality control, and collaboration with various teams to uphold the highest standards of data integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and maintain master data attributes in the system as required.
  • Manage and fulfill data requests to support business processes in a closed-loop environment.
  • Extract, analyze, and validate data for accuracy and quality.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and reliable data.
  • Adhere to the company's Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct at all times.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (any field).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Master Data management.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 is an advantage (training will be provided if needed).
