Job Overview

This role offers the opportunity to work on master data governance and standardization, supporting the professionalization of master data management within a dynamic sector.

  • Maintain and enforce robust data governance rules to ensure consistency across all locations
  • Implement standardized master data processes across global operations

Data Quality & Health Enhancement

  • Cleanse, validate, and enrich data to ensure accuracy
  • Identify and resolve inconsistencies, variances, and missing data to improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor data health and ensure compliance

Supply Chain & Operations Support

  • Support supply chain teams in maintaining reliable master data
  • Work closely with teams to ensure that master data enables smooth operations
  • Leverage KPIs and dashboards to track data quality trends and drive improvement initiatives

Collaboration, Coordination & Process Documentation

  • Participate in alignment meetings to set priorities and resolve concerns
  • Serve as a key contact, ensuring data alignment with business objectives
  • Document best practices, policies, and procedures for master data management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree graduate
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in master data management, data analysis, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Proficiency in Excel, (Power BI and Tableau preferred)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
