Job Summary:

Growsari is looking for a hands-on Project Manager to drive key strategic initiatives across our sales and operations teams. This role is about making sure big projects — from partnerships to operational rollouts — are executed smoothly, on time, and to standard.

You'll work with cross-functional teams (sales, ops, and external partners) to ensure goals are clear, tasks are tracked, and deadlines are met. You will be holding teams accountable and ensuring all moving parts come together.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and track the execution of multiple high-impact projects
  • Monitor sales and operational performance against agreed standards
  • Coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Maintain project timelines, resolve roadblocks, and ensure follow-through
  • Provide clear updates and communication across all levels of the organization

This role is for you if you are:

  • A fast learner who can quickly understand Growsari's operations
  • A strong communicator in English, Tagalog, or Bisaya, with proven ability to work across teams
  • Able to balance big-picture thinking with sharp attention to detail
  • Personable, adaptable, and not afraid to get hands-on when needed
  • Possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience in project management, sales, or operations.
  • A Bachelor's degree in any STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline is preferred
