Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and closure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including project engineers, site engineers, and multidisciplinary site teams.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Manage project documentation, progress reporting, and government billing processes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in DPWH or government infrastructure projects, with 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial field role.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word), AutoCAD, MS Project or Primavera.
Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will also have:

  • Experience working with or for a Triple-A (AAA) PCAB-licensed contractor.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards for construction quality management.
  • Knowledge of DOLE, DPWH, and DENR regulations related to site safety and environmental compliance.
