A negotiable salary is available for this role. We are looking for a highly skilled category manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing logistics and warehousing categories, developing strategic sourcing strategies, and leading individual sourcing projects.
About the Role
We are a dynamic organization with a fast-paced environment. As a category manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the Logistics & Warehousing categories, including leasing facilities, maintenance, repair, and operation (MRO), material handling equipment, and facilities spare parts purchase.
- Seeking alternative sources of suppliers and implementing strong supplier relationship management.
- Developing overall sourcing strategy that supports business objectives.
- Leading individual sourcing projects, including sourcing strategy development, bidding/quotation process, award recommendations, review and negotiation, purchase order issuance, and contract execution.
What We Offer
- Bachelor's in Engineering or Supply Chain.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in procurement.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge in MS Office.
- Strong project management skills.
