General Job Description: (One OJT position for LRDC Site Finance - Accountant)

  • Assist in filing LRDC invoices, official receipts, and related documents.
  • Assist in monitoring vendor invoices.
  • Follow up and receive invoices, official receipts, and important documents from vendors.
  • Follow up on BIR 2307 from customers.
  • Assist in cleaning up records on the 14th floor and disposing of records older than ten (10) years, as well as integrating them into the 21st Floor Records Room.
  • Perform any ad hoc responsibilities assigned from time to time.
