Manage the full-cycle financial accounting for regional data centres projects, ensuring compliance, completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of financial records;

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with local accounting standards;

Serve as the key liaison coordinating with local overseas auditors, consultants, and other external agencies, ensuring efficient execution of annual audits and related tasks;

Work closely with overseas business teams, providing professional financial support, deeply engaging in business operations, and driving integration between finance and operations;

Guide and oversee the daily work of overseas finance teams, improve team capabilities and efficiency, and mentor high-potential finance professionals.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. CPA, ACCA, or other internationally recognized accounting certifications are preferred.

Work Experience: 7–10+ years of financial experience, with at least 3 years in a finance manager or equivalent leadership role in an overseas setting. Familiarity with financial operations in real estate, construction, or Data Centre industries is preferred. Experience in Thailand is a plus.

Professional Skills:

Strong foundation in finance and accounting principles, expert knowledge of accounting standards;

Extensive experience in end-to-end financial management, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for complex financial issues;

Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite) and advanced Excel functions, with excellent financial analysis and reporting skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure multinational work environment;
