About the role

Gigatyre Corporation is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to oversee our operations in Cebu City. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for our business. This is a pivotal role that will have a significant impact on the success of our company in the local market.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to help them achieve their targets

  2. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base

  3. Analyse sales data, identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies to improve sales performance

  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with the company's overall business objectives

  6. Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and adapt sales approaches to stay ahead of the competition

  7. Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on sales activities and progress

  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically

  4. Proficient in data analysis and using sales metrics to drive performance

  5. Experience in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies

  6. Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skills

  7. Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
