Key Responsibilities

  1. Branding, Content & Social Media Management
  2. Develop, track, and grow our social media following with simple yet powerful campaigns.
  3. Ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
  4. Translate complex scientific and technical concepts into engaging content for general audiences.
  5. Create and manage content using tools like Canva, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp.
  6. Support marketing strategy development and campaign execution.
  7. Collaborate with SEO consultants to optimize web campaigns and enhance UI/UX.
  8. Execute impactful email marketing campaigns.
  9. Measure marketing performance through key metrics—leads, engagement, ROI, and search rankings.
  10. Support product and service launches through targeted marketing initiatives.

Event Marketing & Client Engagement

  1. Plan and execute webinars, tradeshows, and conferences locally and internationally.
  2. Assist in client outreach and proposal development.
  3. Support local sales efforts by developing marketing materials and strategies.

Qualifications

Experience & Education

  1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, branding, or digital media.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering or a related field.
  3. Background in technical industries such as Process Safety Management (PSM) or consulting is a plus.
  4. Essential Qualifications
  5. Proven experience in social media growth strategies, branding, and content marketing.
  6. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  7. Knowledge of marketing analytics and performance tracking.
  8. Ability to work in a highly technical and consulting-driven environment.
  9. Proficiency in marketing tools like Canva, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience in event marketing (webinars, conferences, trade shows).
  2. Background in SEO and UI/UX collaboration.
  3. Open to travel for business needs.
