Technical Support Representative role involves customer interaction, support, and collaboration with various teams.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answer and process customer calls effectively and efficiently.
  • Utilize tools to increase call efficiency and accuracy.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Assist with installation, updates, and patches for applications.
  • Educate customers on product use and features.
  • Maintain effective call ownership and provide single call resolution.
  • Contribute to team and company improvements.
  • Handle escalated customer issues.
  • Learn advanced product knowledge and third-party interactions.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in computer science or information technology is advantageous.
  • Fresh grads are welcome.
  • Willingness to work night shifts (Monday–Friday).
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision with good comprehension.
  • 3-6 months of BPO experience.
  • Willingness to work onsite, preferably residing in Makati or nearby areas.
