Job Responsibilities
  • Answers phone calls and provides information/assistance to clients
  • Checks mail, fax, and internet mail to provide customer assistance
  • Communicates with customers on the phone or in writing to address concerns
  • Answers participant questions and clarifies what critical information is being asked
Qualifications
  • Open to Candidates Who Completed College; No Experience Required
  • Open to High School and Senior High School Graduates with BPO experience
  • Excellent to above-average English communication skills
  • BPO experience is a plus but not necessary
  • Can do onsite work
  • Location preference within 25–35 km of the worksite
