Responsibilities
  • Ensuring accurate credentialing of clinicians
  • Maintaining and updating clinician profiles and records
  • Scheduling and following up on required health screenings
  • Communicating with clinicians via email, phone, and text
  • Ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What We’re Looking For
  • At least 1 year of experience in any of the following roles:
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Escalations Agent
  • Trainer or Team Lead
  • Virtual Assistant
  • Client or Stakeholder Management

Recruiting experience is a plus (but not required)

  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
  • Strong initiative and independence in handling tasks
  • Willingness to work onsite during training (100%) in Ayala Avenue, Makati, with the possibility of reporting to either Makati or SM North EDSA sites afterward
