Overview

Process Improvement Officer role in Pasig. The role conducts internal audit work, prepares audit reports, performs compliance testing and helps identify and assess company risks. Evaluates existing business processes and recommends improvements to workflows and internal work processes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the execution of audit reviews on the quality and effectiveness of internal control.
  • Assist in the performance of investigative audits relevant to fraud and other operational issues as they arise.
  • Assist in the performance of risk assessment and formulation of risk responses (entity and process level).
  • Assist in the performance of compliance, operations and financial audits.
  • Document control processes, methodologies based on the results of testing performed.
  • Conduct field work according to the audit plan.
  • Prepare audit reports.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of working experience in internal or external auditing.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  • High integrity and a team player.
  • Experience with information systems audit and exposure in HMO is an advantage but not required.
  • Actual risk assessment experience is desired but not required.
  • Above-average communication, report writing and presentation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Amenable to work across Estancia Mall.
  • Willing to start immediately.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor\'s degree (preferred).
  • Accounting: 1 year (preferred).
  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred).
