Outsourced Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines Marketing & SEO Specialist The Marketing & SEO Specialist will play a key role in the digital transformation of the company’s marketing assets and online footprint. You’ll be responsible for turning our existing marketing materials into dynamic web content, optimising our websites for search performance, and supporting digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and HubSpot. This role suits someone hands‑on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple brands and priorities in a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven environment. Key Responsibilities Website & Content Management Digitalise existing flyers, brochures, and brand materials into optimised web pages. Update staff and clinician bios, service pages, and location listings. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and accessibility standards. Maintain consistency across multiple brand websites. SEO & Analytics Perform keyword research and on‑page optimisation to improve organic search performance. Manage SEO audits and implement technical and content‑based recommendations. Track performance via GA4, Google Search Console, and HubSpot analytics. Develop basic SEO and website traffic reports for leadership. Digital Advertising & Marketing Support Support digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) in collaboration with our marketing partner. Assist with audience targeting, campaign monitoring, and performance reporting. Upload and schedule social media content as required. Provide general marketing support for cross‑brand initiatives and events. Systems & Tools WordPress or similar CMS experience (required). Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, and GA4. Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools an advantage. Skills & Experience 2+ years in digital marketing, SEO, or web content management. Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword strategy. Experience maintaining and updating multi‑page websites. Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and brands. Excellent English communication and writing skills. Self‑motivated with high attention to detail. Preferred: Experience working with Australian or healthcare organisations.
