Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Payroll Specialist. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for handling the support needs of our payroll system clients. The role involves coordinating with clients, providing training on payroll systems, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and services.
Qualifications- Strong Analytical Skills for troubleshooting and improving payroll systems
- A deep understanding of Philippine payroll and timekeeping
- Excellent Communication skills for effectively interacting with clients and internal teams
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure clients receive the support they need
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience with payroll systems and HR software
