What are we looking for?
A challenging and meaningful role where you will have the opportunity to practice your craft, work with a supportive IT Manager, and create value for our Sharesource family, including customers from Australia and other partners abroad.
This role will be part of the Management Team and will work closely with leadership to attain company goals.
What are you expected to do?

Other Responsibilities
- Plan proactively to ensure zero downtime in operations.
- Provide excellent customer service for IT and management requests.
- Continuously improve IT knowledge through training and development.
- Contribute ideas and solutions to the IT knowledge base.
- Build strong relationships with management, clients, and team members.
- Maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
- Manage and follow up on open tickets, ensuring proper response and resolution.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the IT Manager.
- Evaluate current and upcoming hardware and software standards.
- Participate in IT projects as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If
- You have 1–3 years of IT support experience, with a background in customer service or IT support roles.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- You are proficient in Mac, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
- You understand PC hardware components and troubleshooting.
- You have experience with Windows networking, LAN/WAN, DNS, TCP/IP, and firewalls.
- You are familiar with remote connectivity issues.
- You can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting Macs.
- Knowledge of routers and firewalls.
- Skills in troubleshooting, Linux, and web hosting.
