Key Responsibilities Develop and implement B2B marketing plans to support sales targets and business growth. Create marketing materials (presentations, brochures, digital content, etc.) tailored for corporate clients. Manage digital marketing activities including social media, email campaigns, and website updates. Coordinate with sales and operations teams to align marketing strategies with client requirements and plant capabilities. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer trends, and competitor activities. Support client engagement initiatives, trade shows, and corporate events. Regularly visit the Cavite plant (2–3 times per week) to gather operational insights and translate them into effective marketing content. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–3 years of relevant B2B marketing experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or related sectors. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and B2B lead generation strategies. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to craft compelling content for corporate clients. Strong coordination and project management skills, able to work with cross-functional teams. Willing to be based in Alabang and visit the Cavite plant 2–3 times a week.
