For more information, visit: Job Title Account Manager Job Summary The Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring successful deal closure, and overseeing project execution from A-Z. This role requires a strong combination of business acumen, relationship management, and project management skills to drive revenue growth and maintain long-term client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Account & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners and key stakeholders. Act as the main point of contact for assigned partners to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Understand client business goals and align solutions to meet their needs. Deal Management Lead end-to-end deal processes — from proposal creation, negotiation, and agreement finalization to implementation. Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, ops, marketing, tech) to ensure all deliverables and commitments are met before deal closure. Track and follow through on all pending approvals, documentation, and sign-offs to guarantee timely deal completion. Project Management Manage the execution of partnership and integration projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and stakeholder updates. Identify and resolve potential risks, delays, or issues throughout project implementation. Performance & Reporting Monitor performance of partner accounts and prepare regular reports on deal progress, revenue impact, and project status. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize partnerships and improve future deals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven. Closer mindset: Persistent in pushing deals toward closure. Project leader: Strong ownership in seeing projects through execution. Collaborative communicator: Works effectively with cross-functional teams. Analytical thinker: Able to evaluate deal performance and suggest improvements.
