  • Experience with system integration tools (message queues such as IBM MQ, Kafka; Redis; external APIs).
  • Security-first approach including secrets management, encryption, and application hardening.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills for technical designs and cross-team collaboration.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices: GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible (preferred).
  • Relevant cloud certifications (preferred).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in solutions delivery and leading technical teams; 1+ year in a financial institution recommended.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration architectures.
  • Experience with COBOL, CICS, Java/.Net, and SQL is a plus for legacy integration contexts.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
