Job Description

Ericsson Philippines is growing. We are looking for a Solutions Architect who will be responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for customers. The role includes translating customer needs and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions and proposals to generate profitable business for Ericsson.

Responsibilities
  • Work with Account Teams on potential activities and solutions.
  • Develop and manage technical presentations, proposals, and customer presentations.
  • Estimate resources/efforts for defined solutions.
  • Dimension hardware and software requirements per solution and collaborate with Sales and commercial teams.
  • Support delivery/deployment of solutions and guide the team to successful delivery.
  • Interact with Product units to align solutions with customer demand.
  • Analyze customer technology, define business requirements, and participate in risk analysis.
  • Contribute to knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing.
  • Stay updated on new technologies and share information to enhance customer competence.
  • Lead as CSR in proposals and drive E2E solution architecture in proposals and delivery.
  • Support CFR for cost estimations.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor or Master of Engineering.
  • Experience: 8+ years.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Area of expertise: 10 years in OSS (primary), Cloud, Orchestration, Service Assurance; secondary knowledge in RAN, PACO, CS CORE, Transport.
  • Hands-on experience in technical roles (e.g., Integration Engineer or Solutions Architect).
  • Ericsson OSS Product Portfolio knowledge: ENM, ENIQ, OSSRC, SO EM, SON, Ericsson Orchestrator (EO), Dynamic Activation (EDA), Ericsson Adaptive Inventory (EAI), EEA.
  • RHEL, IP Networking and AWS knowledge and certifications are preferable.
