The successful candidate will be responsible for duties that span the following four key functional areas:

General & Accounting Payables
  • Manage the processing and aging analysis for Expense Reports and the overall Accounts Payable Aging schedule.
  • Oversee the accurate processing of Supplier Goods and Services Invoices Payables .
  • Ensure timely and compliant issuance of required tax forms, such as BIR 2307 Issuance (or local equivalent).
  • Process and manage Employee Liquidations/Reimbursements according to company policy.
Revenue & Treasury Accounting
  • Execute and monitor accurate Payments to suppliers and employees .
  • Oversee and reconcile all Customer Collections .
  • Perform timely and detailed Bank Reconciliation to ensure ledger accuracy.
  • Generate comprehensive Revenue Report and Analytics to support management decision-making.
  • Prepare and analyze timely and accurate internal and external Financial Statements packages.
  • Drive the annual and periodic processes for Financial Planning & Budgeting .
  • Conduct thorough Cost Analysis to identify savings opportunities and improve profitability.
Credit & Collection
  • Monitor and manage the Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO) metric, driving efforts to meet collection targets.
  • Implement and manage the process for Customer accreditation & re-evaluation to minimize credit risk.
  • Generate and present the Collection & accreditation report to senior management.
Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Being a CPA is an advantage
