The responsibilities of the Sr. Controllership Analyst are:

• Prepare, create, and post journal entries for approval.
• Ensure financial data is accurate, complete, and properly recorded.
• Maintain organized reconciliation records with supporting documentation.
• Generate and close GL, AR, and AP reports for management review.
• Upload ERP trial balances into consolidation systems.
• Perform Balance Sheet and Trial Balance reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing statutory and consolidated financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Support group consolidation, technical accounting matters, and audit activities by collaborating across regions and liaising with auditors.

A successful Sr. Controllership Analyst should have:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with experience in accounting or audit.
• Graduate of Accountancy or an accounting-related course.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge with the ability to resolve complex issues.
• Proficient in financial reporting tools and systems (e.g., Excel, ERP platforms).
• Skilled in analyzing and interpreting complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data quality.
• Capable of working independently, handling multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines.
• Well-versed in accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry best practices.
