Customer Advisor

As a Customer Advisor , you will handle in‑house selling and cross‑selling bank products and services, and manage an account portfolio to achieve sales targets. You will process new CASA accounts, placements, roll‑over/renewal, termination, and payment of mature placements for all Security Bank products while ensuring on‑time and accurate service delivery in compliance with the bank’s service standards. How You’ll Contribute Identify customers’ needs, nurture relationships through marketing calls, recommend and cross‑sell bank products, services, and alternative channels, and formulate strategies to increase dealings with the bank. Assist walk‑in customers by serving and advising them on bank products to meet their needs. Manage and attend to customer complaints by coordinating with the Branch Channel Manager and/or concerned unit/s to ensure resolution and client satisfaction. Process over‑the‑counter transactions and requests in accordance with the bank’s policies and procedures to ensure service delivery within the service standards. Act as a primary co‑custodian to the Main Vault Door and Cash Safe, and conduct end‑of‑day verification of cash in a vault in accordance with the bank’s policies and procedures. What We’re Looking For Graduate of any bachelor's degree course. At least 3 years of combined sales and operations experience in branch banking, preferably handling new account transactions. Good interpersonal, negotiation, and strong customer service orientation. In‑depth understanding of the regulatory, quality control, and risk management framework.
