Prepare employment contracts and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires. Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies and culture. Maintain and update employee records and personnel files (both digital and physical). Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data in HRIS or other databases. Track employee attendance, leaves, and employment status changes. Support the administration of government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and company benefits. Coordinate with payroll for employee updates, deductions, and adjustments. Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries or documentation. Assist in organizing company events, recognition programs, and team-building activities. Help address employee concerns or complaints and elevate them to the HR Manager when necessary. Promote positive employee relations and company culture. Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures. Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for audits or compliance purposes. Support disciplinary and performance management processes. Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and attendance tracking. Maintain training records and assist in evaluating training effectiveness. Assist the HR department in daily operations and special projects. Handle HR correspondences, memos, and communication with other departments.
