Inventory Control Assistant

  • Bachelor's Degree of any four year business course.
  • Fresh Graduate or at least 6 months of working experience in inventory, monitoring, and tracking of products.
  • Maintains inventory levels, minimizing waste and ensuring products are readily available when needed.
  • Involves in Physical Count Activity of stores, warehouse/distribution centers and cold storage
  • Open to shifting schedules and willing to travel and rendering of overtime when needed.
  • Bachelor's Degree of any four year business course.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in inventory, monitoring, and tracking of products preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Ensures that all products are properly stocked, tracked, and accounted for at all times.
  • Overseeing the distribution of inventory to ensure that supplies are distributed evenly across departments or locations.
  • Reviewing invoices from suppliers to ensures that all orders were received and processed in accordance with company policies.

Assistant Inventory Control Manager

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1 -2 years of working experience in inventory management or related roles.
  • Maintains accurate inventory records, monitors stock levels, implements inventory control procedures, and collaborates with various departments to optimize inventory management.
  • Assist in developing and implementing inventory control procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Supervise inventory receiving, storage, and shipping processes to maintain proper stock rotation and organization.

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate of any course
  • A motorcycle driver's license is a requirement for Inventory Assistant candidates
  • Supervisor and Manager must have inventory management or logistics work experience
