Responsibilities & Onboarding ONBOARDING — Align with the team and contribute to Brain Trust ideas across clients; collaborate with pod members including Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, and Email Strategist; manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail; maintain data integrity across systems; execute Prophet system for clients; build Growth Forecasts and Growth Maps. Build growth maps using the Prophet System and perform data analysis required for the map; align marketing calendar with clients. Daily execution and actualisation versus forecast; conduct tactical deconstructions to adjust projections to meet KPIs; translate client feedback into strategic plans. Lead in challenging situations to ensure execution; maintain insatiable curiosity and explore multiple solutions; implement CTC’s Meta best practices and growth campaigns. Quality & Client Engagement ENSURING AND HOLDING THE STANDARD OF QUALITY OF WORK — Maintain within 5% Delta to Forecast; daily client alignment; monitor satisfaction and ensure Prophet system execution on schedule and with high quality. Client Communication — Champion clear client alignment on Growth Map goals, provide daily performance updates, and coordinate weekly strategy calls with the client. Culture & Growth LOCATION & ENVIRONMENT — Fully remote with flexible scheduling; autonomy balanced with regular feedback, accountability, and growth opportunities. NEXT STEPS & ORIENTATION — This role is client-facing and positioned within the CTC framework; orientation emphasizes growth, mentorship, and rapid development. Salary & Career Development Salary progression: First month $2,000; second month $4,000; third month average $7,000; 1st year $64,000-$76,000; 2nd year $100,000-$120,000. Compensation depends on client work and performance. Growth, transparency, and fairness in career development with defined progress paths, weekly performance dashboards, and monthly compensation progression discussions. Mentorship and ongoing feedback to support advancement within the role.
