The Role We’re looking for a full-time Ad Creative Specialist — someone who blends creativity with performance. You’ll concept, write, design, and produce ads that stop thumbs, spark emotion, and drive results. This is a hands‑on creative role with a clear growth path to Creative Lead , where you’ll eventually own creative direction and guide a team. What You’ll Do Craft bold ideas, sharp hooks, and ad copy that sells — not just looks good. Turn concepts into scroll‑stopping static ads, short‑form videos, and motion graphics for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Edit creator footage into polished, high‑performing ads that feel authentic and entertaining. Develop multiple variations fast, analyze what works, and constantly refine for performance. Partner with account managers and media buyers to make creative decisions backed by data and strategy. What We’re Looking For Strong portfolio of ads, videos, or visuals made for social media. Excellent copywriting instincts — you know how to hook attention and convert. Solid design & editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar). Bonus: motion graphics/animation experience.
