Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Industrial), or equivalent.

  • At least 1 year of experience employees specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manages continuous supply to the plant

  • Calculates accurate and timely PO/s for critical SKUs

  • Communicates with supplier/s on new requirements and timely delivery of critical items

  • Submits 3 months Rolling Forecast to suppliers regularly

  • Manages inventory level of critical raw materials in storage plants

  • Notifies the head for all critical, near expiring, phased-out and undelivered items.

  • Calculates and circulates forecasted volume for raw materials allocation and distribution system wide

  • Recommends phase out / product sale of all slow moving materials
