Roles and Responsibilities
  • Apply growing technical knowledge to operate specific technology areas (e.g., server administration, security management, performance management) or support customer groups with limited risk/complexity.
  • Integrate technical knowledge with business understanding to develop effective solutions for the company and clients.
  • Resolve routine technical incidents independently.
  • Collaborate with team members to address more complex issues.
  • Implement changes and solutions independently to meet customer and infrastructure needs within your technical area.
  • Apply patches and security updates according to policy.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) entries.
  • Understand the company's solutions and apply them to meet infrastructure needs within your area of responsibility.
  • Provide continuous improvement suggestions related to processes and technical standards.
  • Participate in customer and internal projects, including transformation initiatives.
  • Manage customer relationships by setting appropriate expectations within defined parameters.
  • Work effectively as part of a virtual and/or global team.
Education and Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically 0-1 years of relevant experience.
