How You\'ll Make an Impact

As a System Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping our operations seamless and reliable. You will ensure our platforms, including Interprose and Collin, are configured for peak performance, support clients through smooth onboarding and data integrations, and act as the first line of defense when technical issues arise. By collaborating with vendors, clients, and internal teams, you’ll not only resolve challenges quickly but also anticipate problems before they impact operations. Most importantly, you’ll turn day-to-day learnings into actionable insights for our product team, helping shape the future of our systems and driving continuous improvement across the organization. Your impact will be measured in system uptime, client satisfaction, and the efficiency of processes that power financial inclusion on a global scale.

What You’ll Do System Configuration & Operations
  • Configure Interprose for live operations during US time zone.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards on Interprose and Looker.
  • Manage system configurations to ensure optimal performance.
Client Coordination
  • Partner with clients and the sales team to support smooth onboarding.
  • Configure import/export data exchanges for client integrations.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between client systems and internal platforms.
Vendor Interface
  • Escalate issues and configuration questions directly to Interprose.
  • Collaborate with other vendors (payment processors, scrubs, skip tracing, etc.) to resolve issues and keep data processing on track.
Support & Escalation
  • Act as the first line of system support during US hours.
  • Write clear, actionable escalation tickets for the product team.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
Product Collaboration
  • Share feedback and requirements for new features and bug fixes.
  • Document operational gaps and propose process improvements.
  • Test and validate system updates before deployment.

  • Technically sharp with CRM/collection platforms (Interprose preferred).
  • Confident with SQL and comfortable digging into data.

  • Resourceful and proactive in troubleshooting problems before they escalate.
  • Ready to own the US timezone operations and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years in system administration, operations, or technical support roles.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting enterprise systems.
  • Proficiency with SQL and data reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in debt collection or financial services.
  • Familiarity with Looker or other BI tools.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (FDCPA, TCPA).
  • Experience with API integrations and data mapping.
