Content & Sales Associate – ROPO (Startup Role) – ROPO (Ride-On Pre-Owned)

Location: Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines. This is a startup role backed by leading banks, focused on transforming how Filipinos buy repossessed cars & motorcycles. The platform offers warranty, financing & trade-in options to make vehicle ownership more accessible.

You will have the freedom to work remotely with flexible hours and the opportunity to shape how we scale as a fast-growing startup.

Your Role
  • Visit warehouses to shoot photos & videos of vehicles.
  • Create and manage social media posts & listings (FB Marketplace, TikTok, IG).
  • Respond to customer inquiries and close sales like a car specialist.
  • Manage leads & listings data with discipline.
  • Collaborate with interns to execute campaigns and test new ideas.
What We’re Looking For
  • Fresh graduate or early-career professional hungry to grow with startups.
  • Confident communicator (Tagalog + English).
  • Comfortable with content creation, social media, and customer interaction.
  • Must have laptop + phone with active internet.
  • Independent, energetic, and thrives in a startup hustle environment.
