Overview Southern Arms Corporation is seeking a talented Accounts Receivable Officer to join our dynamic team in our Cagayan de Oro office. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the efficient management of our accounts receivable and maintaining positive cash flow for the organisation. Responsibilities Overseeing the end-to-end accounts receivable process, from invoicing to collection Handling customer billing, account reconciliations and credit control activities Monitoring and following up on overdue payments to ensure timely collection Identifying credit risks and implementing appropriate credit management strategies Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions Generating detailed reports and analysis on accounts receivable performance Collaborating with the finance team to improve cash flow and minimise bad debts Providing excellent customer service to clients throughout the accounts receivable process Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounts receivable or credit control role, preferably within the manufacturing industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve accounts receivable issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers and internal stakeholders Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel Organised and detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently or as part of a team Benefits Comprehensive medical and dental insurance Attractive retirement plan with employer contributions Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Flexible work arrangements and work-life balance initiatives Fun and engaging team-building activities About us Southern Arms Corporation is a leading manufacturer of high-quality firearms and related products, serving both the civilian and law enforcement markets.
