Overview Finance Specialist - Night shift, On-site Responsibilities Extracting, transforming, and loading financial content from the system of record to Essbase and Hyperion (Plan, Actual, Forecast, and Capex). Update flash dashboard, headcount, and IT requisition data every period close Reconcile the Headcount report with onshore HR. Update Contractor’s Report using PMO’s reports Update data files for merger, Flash, and Capex Prepare and validate the Open PO report using an Excel macro. Generate and communicate financial reports to the onshore analyst team. Update the Power BI report and update it based on the IT Finance Director’s direction. Review and approve Contracts Purchase Order Requests. Reconcile financial data between the corporate system of record and the project management system. Assist Primary FP&A on consolidating the operating plan and the Forecast Assist the Financial Systems Team for all testing requirements related to Essbase and Hyperion, and all other systems used by the FP&A Team. Recommend ways to improve the closing process and policy making & and documentation Documentation of the workflow processes in the FP&A role Perform duties as may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management or related fields. At least 4 years of experience in FP&A. Experience in Power BI is a plus High Proficiency in Excel Knowledge and understanding of GAAP Ability to analyze data Critical thinking skills Accounting, organizational, and time management skills.
