Job Description We are seeking a highly analytical Finance Automation Specialist to join our Regional team, overseeing the business in APAC and EU markets. The Finance Automation Specialist is an individual contributor who will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the regions. As part of the Finance Transformation and Automation team, the successful candidate will bring in technical expertise to co‑drive initiatives that drive efficiency within the Finance organization. Responsibilities Identify, design, and deliver Finance Automation projects aligned with company strategies and priorities, automating workflows and processes using various tools and AI to streamline processes, unlock insights, and achieve efficiency benefits. Drive the end‑to‑end project lifecycle for automation initiatives, which includes: understanding and documenting process requirements co‑designing the automated solutions with other functional teams building and documenting automated solutions driving technical and user acceptance testing conducting training to end users carrying out pre and post‑implementation activities Provide maintenance, troubleshooting support and continuous improvement for deployed projects. Contribute to ad‑hoc projects, and continually automate/streamline processes to improve business efficiency in the region, including supporting the team in deploying AI models and integrating AI solutions with internal systems through APIs. Identify potential new automation tools to address needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Economics, or experience in a quantitative field with Business Intelligence, Finance process automation, or related aspects. Minimum 3‑5 years of proven experience in process automation through workflow automation tools and robotic process automation. Proven experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools such as Anaplan. Prior experience in fast‑paced environments such as consulting firms or technology companies. Strong experience with workflow or process automation tools like Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, UiPath. Intermediate analytical skills in BI reporting software such as Tableau, Looker Studio. Knowledge of data science and statistical modeling is a plus. Experience in developing, deploying AI applications and API integration is a plus. Experience with prompt engineering, LLM fine‑tuning, RAG implementations, and cloud platforms such as Vertex AI is a plus. Proficiency in Python, Javascript, SQL is a plus.
