  • Handles prepaids, cash, fixed assets, accruals and other key accounts
  • Supports month-end and year-end close processes and ensures timely execution of responsibilities
  • Prepares monthly financial statements, detailed account analyses and accounting reports
  • Supports internal and external audit processes
  • Ensures the accuracy of financials through detailed analysis
  • Executes balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts
  • Coordinates accounting matters with other departments, locations and divisions
  • Actively participates on or leads project teams to improve accounting processes and procedures. Recommends enhancements and documents the improvements as necessary
  • Communicates with manager and/or director on work status and other issues that arise

Qualifications:

  • College graduate
  • 3-5yrs experience in General Accounting
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Must be willing to work in a fixed night shift schedule and during PH holidays.
  • Must be amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinupa when work in the office resumes (temp WFH).
