  • Prepare and review monthly balance sheet account reconciliations, ensuring all balances are properly supported and variances are investigated and resolved.
  • Manage intercompany transactions, including recording, reconciliation, and settlement across multiple entities.
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP, internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to provide documentation and support during audits.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of reconciliation and intercompany processes.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation for all reconciliations and intercompany activities.
  • Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in general ledger accounting, preferably in a shared services environment.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and internal controls.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Must be willing to work night shift schedules (US hours) and during PH Holidays.
  • Must be able to work at Alabang, Muntinlupa when work in the office resumes (temp WFH).
