This role ensures the accurate, timely, and compliant recording of financial transactions in accordance with US GAAP and corporate policies. The GL Accountant will play a key role in the month-end close process, preparing journal entries, performing reconciliations, and assisting with financial reporting and audits**What You Will Do*** Prepares monthly US Financial Package.* Prepares monthly journal entries of US books.* Prepares balance sheet and income statement reconciliations.* Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and implement improvements within the team’s operations.* Assist in the development and documentation of GL policies and procedures. Collaborate with other finance teams, sales, and other departments to resolve cross-functional issues.* Performs month-end closing procedures Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.**What You Will Bring*** Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.* Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in general ledger accounting or a similar accounting role.* Experience with US GAAP is required.* Experience within a manufacturing, technology, or semiconductor industry is a plus.* Familiarity with month-end close processes and account reconciliations.* Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.* Strong Excel skills for data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting* Solid understanding of US GAAP principles, including revenue recognition, expense accruals, and intercompany accounting.* Experience with financial reporting software (e.g., Hyperion, BlackLine) is a plus.* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.* Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.* Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to continuous learning.* High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.locations: Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Philippinestime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 8 Days Agolocations: Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Philippinestime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 27 Days Ago#J-18808-Ljbffr
