The Accounting Specialist will handle the accounting scope of work for the three companies, namely Xurpas Inc., Xurpas Enterprise Inc., and Xurpas Software Inc. This includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities: Revenue Recognition Recording of revenues in accordance with relevant accounting standards and company policies. Monitoring and reconciliation of income transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness. Billing Monitoring Preparation, issuance, and tracking of invoices or billing statements. Coordination with clients to ensure timely billing and payment processing. Collections Management Monitoring of accounts receivable and collection schedules. Recording and reconciliation of customer payments. Preparation of collection reports and aging analyses. Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Business Administration Major in Financial Management, and any related field. Minimum of Three (3) years experience in accounting functions such as revenue recognition, billing, and collections. Demonstrates understanding of basic accounting principles, with proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications. With strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
