Finance About the role Embark on an influential journey as a Commercial Finance Controller with Reckitt, where your strategic vision drives our financial planning and analysis to new heights. In this crucial role, you\'ll be the beacon for our forecast and planning cycle, producing insights that shape pivotal decisions. You\'ll work closely with our leaders, providing the clarity and precision necessary for steering our company\'s prosperity. Responsibilities within the Business Finance Units (BFUs) and Asia Pacific Financial Shares Services Group (APFSS) within the markets. Established and communicates a vision for respective teams which is linked to the overall strategy of the business and APFSS. Assess productivity opportunities and identifies/implements new and innovative methodologies which will result in improved BFUs and shares services operating functions. Qualifications Full financial qualification ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent. Demonstrated expertise in forecasting, planning, and commercial finance within FP & A. Proven leadership skills, having managed diverse teams within the finance sphere. Keen attention to detail; a track record of catching the finer points that make a big difference. First-rate communication abilities, proficient at unpacking complex data into compelling advice and insights. Known for driving productivity and enhancing business processes through strategic financial management.
