Marketing Administrative Assistant

You will: Post and update marketing content manually across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, etc.). Maintain campaign schedules, content calendars, and posting trackers. Assist with preparing reports, screenshots, and performance summaries from campaigns. Support the marketing team with administrative tasks such as file organization, content uploads, and document formatting. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials. Perform basic online research and competitor checks when needed. Help maintain consistency and accuracy of marketing assets and partner-facing materials. It’s a match if: You are a fresh graduate or early‑career professional from Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields. You have strong attention to detail and organizational skills. You are comfortable working with spreadsheets, Google Drive, and content scheduling tools. You can follow instructions and execute repetitive tasks accurately. You are reliable, proactive, and responsive in remote work settings. You have a willingness to learn.
