The Activations & On-Ground Engagement Manager will be instrumental in crafting and executing on-ground strategies that resonate with our audience and align with our corporate objectives.

• Strategic Vision:
  • Develop and communicate a forward-thinking events and activations strategy that elevates the brand, enhances market presence, and drives business growth.
  • Innovate and incorporate emerging trends in events and experiential marketing into the strategic plan.
• Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead external agencies, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to leverage strategic partnerships for events and activations.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to align event initiatives with corporate strategies.
• Execution:
  • Oversee planning and execution of experiential efforts, ensuring brand consistency and messaging.
  • Manage logistics for large-scale events, including product launches and regional campaigns.
• Financial Oversight:
  • Develop and manage the annual events budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and implement financial controls to safeguard the budget.
• Performance Analytics:
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure event success and impact on brand visibility, customer engagement, and business objectives.
  • Use analytics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
• Proven experience of 5+ years in planning and executing successful events and activations; agency experience is a plus.
• Strong strategic thinking, creativity, storytelling, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools.
