Overview The Planner/Analyst will be responsible for analyzing supply chain data, forecasting demand, optimizing inventory levels, and supporting the planning of production schedules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, production planning, and inventory management within the foodservice or manufacturing industry. He/She will collaborate closely with operations, procurement, and sales teams to ensure that the production plan meets customer demand while minimizing waste and maintaining efficient use of resources. Responsibilities The Planner/Analyst will be responsible for analyzing supply chain data, forecasting demand, optimizing inventory levels, and supporting the planning of production schedules. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between production plans and customer demand, while minimizing waste and maximizing resource efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 1 year + of experience in production planning, supply chain analysis, or inventory management, preferably in the food production or commissary industry. Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills are required Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g. CPIM, CSCMP) is a plus. Additional Requirements Work Environment Primarily office-based with occasional visits to production areas, warehouses, and distribution centers for operational monitoring and cross-functional collaboration. Flexible Working Hours Willingness to work overtime or weekends during peak production periods, seasonal demand fluctuations, or to meet urgent customer deadlines.
