Overview

Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig as a Technical Recruiter (Fixed-Term) .

In this role, you will drive end-to-end technical recruitment efforts for our growing information technology division and digital products and services from sourcing to onboarding, while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to attract top tech talent and contribute to the banks digital transformation journey.

What the role will entail
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify qualified technical candidates
  • Screen, assess, and interview applicants to ensure they meet role requirements and qualifications
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and align recruitment strategies
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding while providing an excellent candidate experience
  • Maintain an effective applicant tracking system and generate reports on recruitment metrics
  • Stay up to date with trends and best practices in technical recruitment and digital hiring tools
What we are looking for
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in banking or financial services
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, software development, cloud, and programming languages
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing technical talent
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
