Overview Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig as a Technical Recruiter (Fixed-Term) . In this role, you will drive end-to-end technical recruitment efforts for our growing information technology division and digital products and services from sourcing to onboarding, while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. What the role will entail Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify qualified technical candidates Screen, assess, and interview applicants to ensure they meet role requirements and qualifications Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and align recruitment strategies Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding while providing an excellent candidate experience Maintain an effective applicant tracking system and generate reports on recruitment metrics Stay up to date with trends and best practices in technical recruitment and digital hiring tools What we are looking for Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in banking or financial services Strong understanding of IT roles, software development, cloud, and programming languages Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing technical talent Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment What you can expect from joining our team Career development and training opportunities Competitive salary package and benefits Performance-based incentives and recognition programs to reward high-performing individuals Opportunity to work with industry experts and be mentored by them Defined career progression paths to guide you in your professional growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
