Overview Are you a creative and organized marketing professional with a passion for delivering engaging mall experiences? Join our team as a Marketing Officer and help us bring campaigns to life that drive foot traffic, boost sales, and create memorable moments for our customers. What you will do Develop, conceptualize, and execute seasonal events, mall-owned campaigns, and promotional activities Implement marketing plans in line with company standards and evaluate campaign effectiveness Build strong relationships with tenants, brand partners, suppliers, and external organizations Create advertising and media plans, including digital campaigns and publicity materials Support sponsorship acquisition and brand partner retention Prepare reports, conduct competitive checks, and manage campaign documentation Ensure compliance with policies and timely submission of accurate reports Apply insights and analytics to improve marketing strategies Manage time and resources efficiently to meet deadlines and campaign goals Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance skills and performance What we need Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising, or a related field 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, PR, or Digital Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to fast-paced environments A proactive mindset with attention to detail and brand alignment Willing to be assigned in Tuguegarao City If you\'re ready to bring your ideas to life and make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.
