• Develop, conceptualize, and execute seasonal events, mall-owned campaigns, and promotional activities
• Implement marketing plans in line with company standards and evaluate campaign effectiveness
• Build strong relationships with tenants, brand partners, suppliers, and external organizations
• Create advertising and media plans, including digital campaigns and publicity materials
• Support sponsorship acquisition and brand partner retention
• Prepare reports, conduct competitive checks, and manage campaign documentation
• Ensure compliance with policies and timely submission of accurate reports
• Apply insights and analytics to improve marketing strategies
• Manage time and resources efficiently to meet deadlines and campaign goals
• Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance skills and performance

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, PR, or Digital
• Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to fast-paced environments
• A proactive mindset with attention to detail and brand alignment
• Willing to be assigned in Tuguegarao City
