HR RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING STAFF

Job Summary: As an HR Recruitment and Training Staff at Toyota Valencia City, you will play a pivotal role in talent acquisition and employee development. Your responsibilities will involve managing the end-to-end recruitment process, conducting training programs, and contributing to the growth and development of the workforce. With your flexibility, organizational skills, and a degree in Psychology, you will be instrumental in ensuring the dealership attracts, hires, and develops top‑tier talent. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Utilize various channels to source and attract qualified candidates. Build a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs. Conduct initial resume screening and pre‑employment assessments. Coordinate and conduct interviews to evaluate candidate suitability. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and teams. Provide feedback and recommendations to management regarding candidate selection. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Coordinate orientation sessions and paperwork completion. Training: Identify training needs through collaboration with department heads and individual performance assessments. Develop training plans to address identified gaps. Design and develop training materials and programs. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create effective training content. Conduct training sessions for employees, ensuring engagement and knowledge retention. Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as needed. Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and feedback. Provide regular reports on recruitment and training activities to HR and management. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor/College Degree preferably Psychology graduate Flexible, Organized, and Detailed Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Recruitment and Training experience is an advantage With Excellent oral and written communication skills Good attitude and excellent interpersonal skills Works effectively and efficiently even under pressure Female/Male Note: This is a general job description.
