Who We Are:

Flowlync is a team of copywriters and editors who work with business owners and thought leaders to help them grow their personal brand on social media and turn that audience into more sales for their business. We generate millions of views a month per client with our content.

We are growing fast and are looking for passionate video editors to join our team full-time to edit talking-head clips for our clients.

As a Video Editor, You Will:

  • Edit daily content with set deadlines
  • Edit content that is pre-recorded by clients (talking head content) and edit it in an engaging way for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
  • Be responsible for a set number of clients assigned to you
  • Be creative, bring new ideas to the table to constantly improve your clips

Requirements:

  • Must be available full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Must work exclusively for us
  • At least 2+ years of experience as a short-form video editor
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • WiFi speeds of at least 200 Mbps
  • Strong eye for creating engaging content (you know what makes good content)
  • Creative editing ability
  • Expert with software like Google Drive and Adobe Premiere Pro
  • You’re someone who never settles for ‘good enough’
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and organized – constantly looking to improve
