Overview

Are you an Art Director who lives for concept and craft? You’ll lead visual direction across integrated campaigns—owning key visuals, brand systems, social-first content, motion look/feel, and production design—while elevating the work of the entire creative team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead conceptualizing and develop standout visual platforms across digital, social, OOH, and film.
  • Build and evolve brand systems: typography, color, layout, art direction, and design language.
  • Create storyboards, animatics/mood edits, and shot lists; oversee shoots and post to ensure fidelity to the visual idea.
  • Collaborate with strategy, account, and (separate) copy partners to translate insights into powerful visuals.
  • Present to clients with clarity and confidence; defend the work and iterate based on feedback.
  • Ensure production-ready files and flawless handoffs to motion/dev/print vendors.
Qualifications
  • 2–5+ years in agencies/studios with a portfolio of 360/digital-first campaigns.
  • Mastery of Adobe CC (PS, AI, ID) and working knowledge of Figma; motion/3D familiarity a plus.
  • Proven art direction on shoots (talent, styling, set, light) and across post/finishing.
  • Sharp taste level; expert in typography, composition, color, and visual storytelling.
  • Team leadership, client-facing polish, and calm under tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable using modern tools/AI to speed exploration—without compromising craft.
Nice to have
  • Experience in influencer content systems, modular social design, and rapid testing.
  • Knowledge of print production specs, OOH, and brand guidelines at scale.
