We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Director to lead complex, multidisciplinary projects and drive technical excellence across our Philippines operations. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep expertise in environmental science and sustainability, and a passion for mentoring and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership
    • Lead Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and sustainability initiatives.
    • Provide QA/QC oversight and technical direction across project phases.
    • Champion technical service lines and global collaboration initiatives.
  • Project Delivery
    • Act as Project Director, Manager, or Technical Lead on high-profile projects.
    • Ensure delivery to scope, budget, and schedule with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new opportunities across the Philippines and other GHD regions.
    • Lead proposal development for complex, multidisciplinary projects.
  • Team Development
    • Mentor and coach junior staff to build technical capability.
    • Promote a high-performance culture and knowledge sharing.
